By purchasing The Recovery Roadmap, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Recovery Roadmap
The product sold through this website is The Recovery Roadmap, an online digital educational self-help program related to depersonalization and derealization.
The program is provided through a private member area and may include:
- video content;
- written educational content and guidance;
- exercises and practical tools;
- supporting digital resources; and
- other materials made available as part of the program.
The Recovery Roadmap is sold as a single digital program. Its individual sections, videos, written materials, tools and resources are components of the program and are not separate products unless expressly stated otherwise.
The program is accessed online. No physical product is shipped.
3. Educational Purpose and Medical Disclaimer
The Recovery Roadmap is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
It is not medical advice, psychological advice, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, counselling or crisis support. It is not a substitute for assessment or treatment by a qualified healthcare professional.

4. Purchase and Payment
The price of The Recovery Roadmap is displayed before purchase.
The total amount payable, including any applicable taxes or charges, will be shown before you complete your order.
Payment is processed through a third-party payment processor, such as Stripe.
By purchasing, you agree to provide accurate payment and account information.
Access to The Recovery Roadmap is provided after successful payment.
5. Digital Access
The Recovery Roadmap is accessed online through a private member area.
You are responsible for:
- providing a correct email address;
- maintaining access to the email account associated with your purchase;
- keeping your login details secure; and
- having a suitable internet connection and device.
The program requires a reasonably current web browser and a device capable of displaying web content and playing online video.
Program materials are intended to be accessed through the member area and are not necessarily available as downloadable files.
6. Immediate Access and Right of Withdrawal
The Recovery Roadmap is digital content supplied online and access is made available immediately after purchase.
By requesting immediate access, you consent to the supply of the digital content beginning immediately.
Where you provide the legally required express consent and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends when access begins, your statutory right of withdrawal will no longer apply once access to the digital content has begun.
This does not affect the separate 7-day money-back guarantee provided under Section 7 or any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Your purchase of The Recovery Roadmap is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee.
You may request a full refund for any reason within 7 calendar days of the date of purchase.

If a valid refund request is submitted within the 7-day guarantee period, the purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method.
Your access to The Recovery Roadmap will end when a refund is issued.
After the 7-day guarantee period has expired, purchases are not refundable under this voluntary guarantee.
The 7-day money-back guarantee is additional to your mandatory legal rights. It does not limit any rights or remedies you may have where the digital content is defective, inaccessible, incorrectly described or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
8. Personal Use
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use The Recovery Roadmap for your own personal use.
You may not:
- share your account or login details with another person;
- sell, sublicense, distribute or resell access to the program;
- copy, reproduce, upload, publish or distribute program content except where expressly permitted;
- record, reproduce or distribute program videos or written materials;
- use program materials to create or substantially reproduce a competing commercial product; or
- remove copyright, trademark or other ownership notices.
All intellectual property rights in The Recovery Roadmap and its contents remain with their respective rights holder unless expressly stated otherwise.
9. Account Security and Misuse
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
Your account is intended for your individual use.
Access may be suspended or terminated where there is reasonable evidence of:
- unauthorized account sharing;
- unauthorized copying or distribution of program content;
- fraudulent payment activity;
- misuse of the member area; or
- another material violation of these Terms.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
10. Product Updates and Availability
The Recovery Roadmap may be updated, revised, expanded or improved over time.
This may include reasonable changes to:
- written content;
- videos;
- exercises and tools;
- program organization;
- presentation and design; or
- technical delivery.
These changes may be made where reasonably necessary to maintain, update or improve the program, provided they do not improperly remove mandatory rights or materially deprive you of what you purchased.
Your access will be provided in accordance with the access terms presented to you at the time of purchase.
Reasonable efforts are made to keep The Recovery Roadmap and its member area available. However, uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, security updates, technical problems, third-party outages or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Depersonalization Help and Jarmo Liukanen will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from the use of the website or The Recovery Roadmap.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory remedies available to consumers where digital content does not conform to the contract.
14. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or limits any mandatory consumer rights available under Estonian law, European Union law or other applicable consumer protection law.
If any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory consumer protection rule, the mandatory rule will apply.

These Terms may be updated from time to time.
The version that applies to your purchase is the version made available to you when you purchased The Recovery Roadmap, except where a later change is required by law or is more favourable to you.
Changes to these Terms will not retrospectively remove rights that formed part of your purchase.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
If you are a consumer residing in another European Union country, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence.
Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded by agreement.
